I had a Supervisor who was horrible at "communication" -- x(

At first ... I thought it was me ... (giving him the benefit of the doubt) ... but I learned from others that NOBODY seemed to understand *half the time* what the hell he wanted / what he was talkin' 'bout.

4~tunately ... I went to a Business Communications Seminar that elaborated on the "Art of Communication" -- :D

Sometimes we have to play back (((REPEAT))) what we "thought" we heard / what we thought we "understood" ... to the person giving instructions, assignments, projects, information ... and see if what filtered thru our ears & brain is exactly what was "meant" ... cuz if folks ain't communicating well ... maybe, cuz they don't even HEAR themselves talkin' (with their thoughts running a hundred miles a minute) --- they may think you knew what they wanted ... when in fact, everyone is confused in the end!?!?!?
