75557, no threesome part II: the drive to tessa's
Posted by mindful, Fri Jul-04-08 09:00 PM
*tonight could be a blessing
in disguise*, she thought and closed
the door behind her.

as lacy piled her belongings into
the back of her nissan versa, she
slid her favorite jill scott cd into
the player, and settled into the driver's
seat for the next forty-five minutes. tessa
was up pacing the floor waiting for the call.
"hey. i'm on the way, i've got some things
for tonight, tomorrow, and the next few
days, but i'll call the movers and have
the rest of my items shipped to your spot
before the week is out. i'm sorry shit
went down like this, tessa. i really am."
tessa stood in front of her bedroom window,
blinking her eyes hurriedly, waiting for
the chance to ease all that ached lacy.
"sorry for what, love? from the way we've
been sneaking around lately, something like
this was bound to happen. and, i gotta tell you,
i'm glad it did."

the two of them exchanged "i love you's" and
hung up the phone. lacy eased back into
the driver's seat, turned up the player, and
welcomed the timing it would take to get
to tessa's. just as "Not Like Crazy" ended,
lacy pulled into the 2-car garage,
panting heavily. she said a silent prayer,
gathered her overnight bag, and called tessa to
help her with her things. "hey, i'm outside,
do you mind coming down to get some of these
bags?" tessa ran down the stairs, phone still glued
to her head, "i'm already on the way."
she opened the door and the two of them
locked eyes like the earth's rotation on its
axis depended on it. "how was the drive?"
lacy smiled at tessa, appreciating her concern,
"long, but not as boring. why are you downstairs
in your underwear and a wifebeater?" tessa
said nothing, they looked at each other again
and simply laughed. the two of
them carried two bags in each hand, and raced
to the front door.
thunder roared, a storm was fast approaching.

tonight, they would lose themselves
in each other's curves. they would rise, fall,
heave, ho, and explode with a vengeance deeper
than the seas. tonight, they would
forget the day's events and make love
until the sun shined on them tomorrow.
tonight, they would fuck omar out
of the picture, and paint a brand new one.

We "need" to get in contact with the "Sex & the City" folks -- :9 -- This sounds like a whole nutha' series that would go over soooooo well.

Personally, I'ont care WHO we contact ... or WHO you write for ... but the thing is: YOU NEED TO BE WRITING SCRIPTS/STORIES/EXCERPTS --
FOR BROADWAY OR T.V.!!! -- (and that ain't no lie)

So ...

First we said: "You need to write a book" -- (YOU DID THAT, AND ARE NOW ON YOUR SECOND ONE) -- :D

Now -- You need to step out further ...

You have a mind for writing *stories* ...

I wanna sit down to my T.V. one day and watch summthin' that you wrote the script for -- (((Forreal Tho)))

~Make it Happen~

Oh yeah -- Back to Tessa & Lacy -- I'm intrigued ...

*Carry On*

I echo all the above sentiments!

Truth be told, the only reason why I started writing stories in poetic form was from being inspired by you. I always look forward to your work.
