nobody surpassed what ive amassed to be in a class all my own,
cluttered streets, and fiends crowd where i call my home//
it's all a game till somebody get slain and then it becomes clearer,
the only thing hindering change is in the mirror//
young boys ditchin the school to find syrup,
hangin on the corner pushing coke and marijauna//
only find comfort in the music of the times,
bob they head to the beat and quote they favorite rapper's lines//
till the line becomes a blur of entertainment and the truth,
and they plight become a song, the solution and the proof
