I'm brand new here and just a P.I.P. (Poetess In Progress) from California... recently picked up the pen again after writing my first poem in the 7th, but I won't tell my age...LOL. I've posted my poetry on other sites also. I'm here to share me and absorb you sharing YOU!

So let's see I don't have a piece that describes me. But I did write this real life experience - I always say my son is the "Son Of An Underground Legend" - in his hometown. It's short and funky... and probably could use some more content. However I ALWAYS keep it simple, one day I'll be a great wordsmith...enjoy!

Treasure your cloud of smoke
And withstand you not being you?

Stand patiently by your dreams
And not ask what you can do for you?

Can I love You and Hip Hop too?
Walk invisibly in my footsteps
And watch my soles become you?
