I was eatin some buffalo wings right. You know the TGIF ones you can buy in the market? They real good. So anyway, as I'm eatin and watchin Aqua Teen Hunger Force, I notice my left foot is almost completely numb. Then I realize my whole left side feel tingly. Then I remembered the whole weekend my left side would feel tingly on and off. I had been sick and didn't know why. Headaches, backaches, blurred vision. I thought I was just tired from work. But I remembered the stroke symptoms I read about. And I have hypertension, so I'm a prime candidate. I got one of those home blood pressure monitors. I took mines and it was 206 over 178! Then I got scared, which ironically I know raised my blood pressure more. I went to my doctor and she confirmed it. She said the good news was that I didn't have a stroke. But the bad news was I almost did. So now I'm on all these pills. And a strict diet. Basically rabbit food and water. I guess my niggerish eating habits has caught up with me. It's work enough tryin to master my flow. The LAST thing I need is to have a stroke and not be able to speak out one side of my mouth. I would drop the mic. Thanx for the concern and everything yall.

My last day is on Friday! I'll be free to promote my album full-time, gig more (cause it's a bitch trying to be at work at 9a when you just got home at 2a), and network more. To pay the bills a little, I got a job teaching hip-hop production and a hip hop ensemble part-time at Berklee College of Music.

That's my deal for now. What's good with everyone else?

changed jobs (woot woot!!)
just came back from the national poetry slam (where the dc/baltimore slam team came in 4th - in the WORLD - out of 73 teams)
i miss my mamma (though she lives across town)
i'm listening to a beautiful man sing to this room live right now (yes lawd...all is right with the world)

i have gone back to school to pursue a degree in health information tech. ( that major is stressing, i think i already grew a couple of grey hairs lol).

i recently took a trip to aruba with a couple of friends

been workin on me. joined this dance company called Octaine5 and i'm workin on the JaiAiden mix tape. ya'll come get some of this SouthBeach soul. I went to the doctor,he gave me medication n said some back into 2 weeks if it still hurts,dat was yesterday,and my mums is to stubborn to even make da appointment n shit,i shud break her foot instead,so she knows how it is.

i know im mad late but i been chilling doing a lil...well a lotta of army training, and writing songs....ima offically diverse now....so my music been going places i never thought it would go..hip hop, street, alternative, punk rock so that makes me a song writer and its happen fast sorta over night all in the coffee shop...lol, funny story...i got alot of shit in store just need a output studios down here in savannah kinda hard to come by something im not happy with but everything takes time....thanks for asking....lol
