What a lot fans feel about Han or Boba Fett or the lightsaber fights, I feel that for the space battles. I can't tell you how many times I watched that trench approach in ROTJ as a kid.
Hopefully, the story (and EFX) do justice to the concept.

The Mandalorian earlier this season definitely have me excited for what they can do with this. Pair it with a good story that doesn’t need to be bogged down by the weight of the Skywalker saga, and I’m all in.
