It was pretty wild how much the Mexican connect to the main character looked and sounded so much like Karyn Bryant. Also pretty cool how the Asian dude from 21 Jump Street that played the tattooed big bad on the show directed that same episode.

Overall, my only issue with the show is that some of the romantic storylines feel somewhat forced, that that's a pretty minor complaint. Given how heavy the action and fighting is on the show, the characters are pretty fleshed out and fully developed.

Hopefully a good word of mouth will result in a third season. I have to think filming this in a Covid environment will be very difficult though.
