Netflix is TV - like how most of a channel is crap, then a few nights a week there are some good shows, and a few nights a week they show movies.
Prime is a nerdy friend who loves movies and hasn't seen the newest movies because they have a long list of old movies to get through.
Both have HORRIBLE interfaces for finding content.
