He's not earning like he used to. Longo is doing his own deals. Shoot, if Rudy is counting on Frankie to bail him out, then he's really fucked.
Plus, last episode was all about Gotti getting ready to take over, and how Rudy doesn't like or respect him.
He's taking a dirt nap soon. And not from cancer this time.
