Of all the Showtime series I've watched
(Homeland, Shameless, Californication, House of Lies, Billions)
They all started off strong, the first two seasons were always quality
Then they start a gradual decline where by seasons 5 and 6 they become unwatchable
recycled plots, lazy writing, cartoon villains, dragging story arcs
Next thing you know it's Season 8
I'm sticking with Billions this season but it's feeling like Neil going to the hotel to kill Waingro
