McQueen's style makes it pop and the performances are quite solid -- more so the secondary cast than leads. has some elements that could be traded out/improved upon to take it up a level, but I'm here for McQueen versions of all the popular genres.

and a refreshing reminder the man can flat-out direct, not just deal with the heavy stuff of his last four films.
