Hey Okayplayers,
A couple of years ago I produced a short film called SEVEN MINUTES TO CLOSING. The 15-min film is about two strangers connecting in the final minutes before an asteroid impacts and destroys earth. At a time when we're so divisive, I wanted to tell a story about the need for human connection.
The film recently became available to stream on YouTube for free and I'd be honored if you'd check it out.
The film features Trestin George of Fruitvale Station, Noreen Lee of Steve Jobs, and newcomer to the screen Luke Myers. Directed by April J. Abeyta.
Heads up: The film does feature some profanity and violence and is not appropriate for children.

We filmed it at Diamond Market -- a family-owned liquor store on MacArthur at Maple.
