724116, Wind River (Taylor Sheridan, 2017)
Posted by Crash Bandacoot, Fri Aug-11-17 06:26 PM
US Fish and Wildlife Service agent Cory Lambert (Renner) discovers a body in the
rugged wilderness of the Wind River Indian Reservation. The FBI sends in rookie
agent Jane Banner (Olsen), but she is unprepared for the difficulties created by the
oppressive weather and isolation of the Wyoming winter. When she employs Cory
as a tracker, the two venture deep into a world ravaged by violence and the
elements.

I'm all in on Sheridan after his last two scripts, so I'm really excited for this.
724119, all things considered, I thought it was tastefully done

Back to back bit parts for Bernthal caught me off guard again but Renner & Olsen both brought it

724274, Fucking great. Sheridan is 3-for-3 in my book.

People could gripe again about Sheridan's tendency to lean on theme a little heavy, but I don't mind that in the slightest. Really well-written, well-executed. Kept me on my toes. Everyone in it is aces.

725105, Glad Renner went back to showing he can act his ass off

After all the popcorn fare it was good to see Renner return to the Renner of old. Sheridan is now on my list of "i'll watch any of his movies" just off his name. Three for Three in my opinion.

Renner was amazing
726409, Amazing!
