and show them climb the ladder to success for a season or 2 before they fall again just to get back up and keep going.
I dont mind the rollercoaster of wins and losses they keep having but they are way too close together where possible storylines just seem to end so quickly...you cant keep doing that every other episode, there won't be much growth for the characters
