Outside of the performances, this is unspectacular.
I finished my DVD screener with a "that's it?". Jessica Chastain prides herself on being a feminist, so I wondered why she didn't bring up (during pre-production) why her character's (Elizabeth Sloane) sex life was needed cause it mos def wasn't.
Only thing getting a nomination is Chastain. And that's a maybe.
