I think we see Jon and Sansa get reunited in the next few episodes, not sure if Sansa meets dead Jon or resurrected John. That being said, I think Sansa goes to Castle Black and makes that her base of operations to win back the North and take Winterfell back.

I also think we will see Bran "reunited" with his family in the sense that he might talk to them in dreams or at a minimum "find" them through his new powers.
