Bad Santa
702567, The first LOTR.

It's seriously nearly an hour before Frodo begins his adventure.

The Two Towers Director's Cut, however, is exceptional.

Lol I just saw this post after adding LOTR to the other one but yeah probably right. I don't remember everything that was added any more but did like the addition of some scenes, especially to see what the hell happened to Sarumon in Return of the King.
702575, Does the original SW Trilogy count?

I don't care about the bathtub scene, the walkie talkies over guns was stupid as well as a couple other changes
702653, oh lord yes, definitely agreed!

I would have liked it how it was intended but unfortunately Donner didn't get to do it that way and this left a lot to be desired. The spinning the world back again and other scenes just didn't work. Lester's altho not perfect and has stupid slapstick stuff thrown in I still prefer.

I didn't like the comic book feel to it.

I'm saying that comic book panel shit is atrocious. I had to back and by the OG DVD after the Blu-ray was the DC.
702716, SO DID I

LOL. That shit irked me. Like naaah dude.... waaay better as a regular "it could happen" flick.
702726, Word. Shit zapped the realism out of the fucking movie.
Posted by bwood, Tue Sep-15-15 06:42 PM
Made the movie less dangerous and more cartoony IMO.
702729, almost famous

after just watching the DC, I think I prefer the original. I did like the added opening scene but the 50's rock music over the original orchestra seemed off in a lot of scenes and made it less dramatic.
