She knows a wedding night needs a consummation - Tyrion told her to stop. She also knows that without consummation, a marriage isn't shit.
She knew what had to be done and she was already starting to undress for Ramsay - he just made it quicker and a whole lot more unpleasant than it needed to be. Because he's Ramsay Bolton.
