She initiated a violent revolt against the slave owners of Mereen ('Kill the Masters').

SOH (still not sure to the extent in which they're connected with the slave owners) killed one of her top men and she implicated the slave owners in his death by arbitrarily plucking one from the group to feed them to the dragons.

Then she relents on the issue of arena fighting and initiates a marriage w/a former slave owner? As far as fostering peace among Mereen...wouldn't this in fact be incredibly divisive considering X amount of the population are former slaves whom she rode for? Especially divisive coming off the heels of executing that other former slave from her council?

I'm sure there's a master plan buried in here somewhere, but at this moment marrying that dude doesn't make a lot of sense.
