whether or not she knew that, i don't know, but I assume she had some idea of her lack of any real choice.

She has a much better chance biding her time, and playing the Stark card from where she is now then she would ever have running around with Littlfinger. I mean, LF is advising her do the same thing.. he just wants to pull her strings while she does it.
