Jurassic gets old people who wanna see action/adventure and dinosaurs, people in their 20's/30's who loved the OG Jurassic Park, AND little kids who will always and forever like dinosaurs.

Fast & Furious generated more social media buzz because it's a franchise made for people in their late teens/20's.

Avengers generated more buzz because everyone wanted to know who was in it, what they did, all that "OMG VISION PICKED UP THORS HAMMER !!!111" (sorry for the spoiler lol) type stuff.

JW pulled in ERRBODY, including those who are sick of superhero movies. It's the ultimate "I gotta take my kids to the movies but I don't want to watch some mind numbing cartoon shit" flick.
