There were a lot of cringe-worthy moments in the film that took me totally out of the film.

-The "we're supposed to have a family weekend!" talk and then cry.
-The divorce conversation
-The cliched tough guy living in a shack romancing the straight-laced woman
-The "kiss"
-The whole TRex sequence at the end
-Awful dialogue

Chris Pratt was decent with what he had to work with but Bryce Howard was over the top in my opinion.
She's a great actress, so I don't know if this was the direction given to her.
This is usually the problem with summer blockbusters it seems.

I enjoyed the dinos in general (the baby dino rides were cool)
but I felt like you could really see the difference in the quality of filmmaking between Speilberg's Jurassic and this one.
There were a few scenes that tried to make callbacks to the original and they just fell flat.
