The previous one was too much of an ass (think him cowering before the random crook with gun in the first ASM).

This one was irritating little brother.

Also, it was interesting how they really showed how strong Spidey is compared to "normal" enhanced humans. Sometimes in the comics it felt like he wasn't in the same weight class power-wise. In this he seems like a true powerhouse that belongs in the group.
