i am positive it won't be a hard, DC style reboot. the history of the Marvel Universe will be preserved and in continuity. Ultimately (see what I did there), I think it kills the Ultimate Universe, moves Miles Morales over, and retcons a bunch of mutants into Inhumans. That's it.
