Pretty much follows that film's blueprint to a T
Thor tore it up in a couple scenes. There's plenty of intentional & unintentional comedy to keep the non computer nerds entertained along the way while all the techy stuff flies over the head. Speaking of flies, yep, plenty of private jets & choppers to provide those signature scenic shots & what not. Couple good shootouts & some slo mo explosions too.
Viola Davis got a couple good lines off but I would've liked to seen more from her & my guy Ritchie Coster. I'm still not sure what the guy from the dragon tattoo's masterplan was but when Thor figured it out the audience got quite a kick outta it.

That opening sequence was exhausting. From there everything else was pretty bad.
Only good thing were the shoot out scenes which sounded and looked great.
