I think Jamal was being genuine.

It didn't make that much sense to me why Barry didn't at least bring up the topic of him taking over the throne with his brother in casual conversation.


FOr all the talk about him being this lunatic -- he's also a loyal and loving guy to his family.


Jamal carried the show imo. I cared for very few of the other characters.


Also, was it drunk Hakeem whospilled the beans during that dinner party? Jamal used the old Russian intel tactic of getting your suspect drunk to gain info from them.
