Got it from the library, where it was in the non-fiction stacks under the dewey number for comics/illustration (seems to be this particular library's way of keeping questionable comics material out of the areas kids might be likely to find it.)

Pretty good. Advertised as noir from the copy, but it's not really noir except that the protagonist is a detective. I didn't mind the jumping around in the timeline - the protagonist has a brain tumor which supposedly makes time seem fluid - but I don't think it added much to the story. More convincing was the detective's decline into confusing his current case with that of his wife, and the way the story of his past unfolds from that.
All in all, it's no Brubaker noir but on the crime comics bandwagon, I'd give it a solid B.
