Everybody talks about how UK series are better because they don't draw them out like here. Might as well experiment; try one full season of a slate of miniseries only. See how that works; if something works out, bring it back like two seasons later for another mini-run. I mean, if they're just going to go back to the dried out well, might as well not dry 'em out in the first place; give the creatives some time to turn out quality without the pressure of having to strike gold repeatedly right away.
