How is it supposed to end? What's a better ending?

The girls can't die, as that goes against the whole point being made in the film.
The girls can't be led into battle by Alien, as again, that goes against the entire point being made about female power vs. male power.
The girls can't run from the battle, as their disconnect is too strong at that point and their rage is too boiling.

If the issue is with the logic of the trajectory of their bullets, then we're nitpicking logic in a film that is totally disinterested with reality. The whole film is dreamlike, surreal, meant to be taken in as a trippy experience instead of a strict linear logical proceeding.

I keep hearing people here and elsewhere say the ending was awful. I just want to know how it's supposed to end instead, as the girls need to lead the battle charge and live.
