637290, Survivor: Caramoan Posted by Deebot, Fri Jan-11-13 05:57 PM
They released the cast, Malcom's back, as well as Shep and Cochran.
Probst was implying that this season is supposed to be even better than last, so they better bring it.

637297, Let's hope Hantz gets booted first Posted by Deebot, Fri Jan-11-13 07:44 PM
because I can't take more Jeezus talk.

638269, Nor can I but that favorites group isn't the strongest Posted by debo40oz, Tue Jan-22-13 08:39 AM
and might have to keep him around for some challanges.
|
637295, Feel like this needs more villainy Posted by Whiteout, Fri Jan-11-13 07:33 PM
There are plenty of enough gamers on the favorites side, but it could get boring with the lack of treachery ... these are some of the nicest people to ever play the game ...
|
637298, Maybe, Corinne + any mean fans Posted by Deebot, Fri Jan-11-13 07:46 PM
I don't care about villainy as long as everyone tries to win, like last season.
|
637299, yeah, Corrine isn't the nicest person Posted by Mageddon, Fri Jan-11-13 08:15 PM
she's downright bitchy.
Not the most exciting group of past players, but I'm ok with them, other than maybe Boehlke.

641215, what the hell? Posted by Mageddon, Thu Feb-14-13 05:38 PM
I'm surprised that Fran is so 'mad' about what happened (Dawn and Cochrane), and that the episode is actually affecting the real NYC Survivor crew (Fran vs Andrea).

641754, Shamar is wild Posted by Mageddon, Thu Feb-21-13 11:04 AM
He has no fear about being voted off, which means you pretty much can't mess with him on any sort of intimidation level.
Looking at some of my pre-season notes (yeah, nerd), I had Sherri all wrong. In her CBS interview, she just came off as miserable, and I thought she would be the first boot from her tribe, but I'm really impressed by how level headed she is. The way she was able to defuse the "vote out Shamar" situation was some good social game.

643990, He was in a gang when he was younger before being born again Posted by Errol Walton Barrow, Wed Mar-13-13 09:02 AM
wouldn't be surprised if he was the Joe Pesci of that crew. He was the goon they sent out to take a bat to someone's head.
|
643993, LMAO, I knew there was a reason he kept forcing "god" and Posted by Deebot, Wed Mar-13-13 09:25 AM
"jesus" into literally everything he said in his last season...he was tryna make up for something he's done.
The kid is clearly a sociopath.
|
644109, Brandon has no social skills LOL Posted by debo40oz, Thu Mar-14-13 06:54 AM
but he was right about Phil.
|
644113, No he wasn't....literally nobody takes Shep as seriously as Posted by Deebot, Thu Mar-14-13 08:29 AM
Brandon did...this kid sticks out like a sore thumb socially.
Shep is just trying to screw around a bit to make camp life more fun. Sure he's a bit full of himself, but he actually HAS won challenges for the favorites.
|
644136, Nah Phil was patronizing him and was going to vote him out Posted by debo40oz, Thu Mar-14-13 12:31 PM
he saw through Phil's giving him a stupid name and knew he was still on the outside. What he did with that insight was incredibly stupid but he was going to be voted out in the near future if he remained with the favs.
|
644112, I AM THE AUTHOR OF MY FATE!! Posted by Errol Walton Barrow, Thu Mar-14-13 08:09 AM
That dude was roiding. Got gals crying and shaking. Wildest Survivor ending yet.
|
644114, I can't wait to see Russ Hantz hate on Brandon AGAIN at the Posted by Deebot, Thu Mar-14-13 08:32 AM
finale reunion. In Brandon's last reunion Probst asked Russy what he thought of Brandon's game and he said he played horribly and basically disgraced the Hantz name. THIS time? Taking himself out the game with his behavior when the favorites were killing it in numbers? Oh boy this gonna be good....
|
644139, yeah Russell gon scream on him. Posted by Errol Walton Barrow, Thu Mar-14-13 01:17 PM
In that situation Russ would've caused dissent against Phil, by hiding something and blaming him, or publically asking the other cast members if they like being given demeaning names. But throwing the rice out? That's mental. I mean I never thought I'd see the day when Phillip looked like a sane, well-adjusted human being for a whole episode.
|
644144, Lol Posted by Deebot, Thu Mar-14-13 01:37 PM

644681, I like Malcolm...doesnt give a fuck about anyone but himself Posted by Deebot, Wed Mar-20-13 08:19 PM
Seems like he's playing with a mean streak after what happened last season.
|
645999, Best ep so far, obviously Posted by Deebot, Wed Apr-03-13 08:05 PM
good comedy and good drama. Cochran's dating comments before the immunity challenge made me lol.
But yeah...there may have been a blindside tonight, but there's no way this tentative group of 7 holds for very long. Kinda sad for Corinne, I like her.
|
646032, damn that was a great chance to take phillip out smh Posted by GriftyMcgrift, Thu Apr-04-13 08:39 AM
whats wrong with these fools
|
646050, How disgusting was that duck embryo? Posted by Deebot, Thu Apr-04-13 11:48 AM
I don't think I could do that. There must have been a rule that you can't plug your nose either, because I didn't see anyone doing that.
|
646724, wooooooooooooooooooooooo Posted by Mageddon, Wed Apr-10-13 08:20 PM
that was dope.
I can't remember a tribal council that good since Heroes vs Villains.
Good save by Malcolm though. Clearly his name is out there, but he got to keep his idol in pocket. It'll buy him a little more time.
Sup with Purple Brenda?
Even when she wins immunity, we're getting NOTHING from her.
|
646737, If Malcolm can somehow dig out of this hole, he's the GOAT Posted by Deebot, Wed Apr-10-13 10:31 PM
I'll even put him above Sandra. There's no way he can get out of this.
|
646749, I can't see it but ya never know Posted by Ceej, Thu Apr-11-13 09:04 AM
It may actually work tho, he can play both sides with what he said.

647384, Dudes were caught off guard and all but... Posted by Mageddon, Wed Apr-17-13 08:11 PM
I'm curious as to why Sherri wasn't an option.
I wonder how much talking Jeff let them do. He's been known to cuss people out at tribal, and I'm sure he and production wanted to keep the panic vibe going as long possible.
|
647428, It had to be Phil. He was using that Rob technique Posted by debo40oz, Thu Apr-18-13 07:44 AM
That don't talk to anyone outside our circle if you do your gone. Thats why phil said andrea at first.
I think if the 3 amigos showed their idols to erik or andrea before tribal they might have been flip them and hold on to an idol or two.
|
647431, if erik doesnt speak up I wonder if they use them Posted by Ceej, Thu Apr-18-13 09:01 AM
|
648053, That's When Ya Lost Posted by Mageddon, Wed Apr-24-13 08:10 PM
I have to admit, I got caught up in the excitement of Malcolm's big (television) move last week, but when that shit died down and I heard it broken down...he probably could have tried other moves.
You always want to get those extra 3 days. Keep pocketing those idols and hope for the best at immunity challenges.
|
648093, I'm sure Malcolm would have preferred to spend money on Posted by Deebot, Thu Apr-25-13 08:36 AM
the immunity advantage, but he got his first so he probably wasn't expecting another advantage to be sold.
I wonder how easy it is to get drunk when you're playing this game...I'm thinking Malcolm must have been feeling those 3 beers being that deprived of nutrition and hydration. Andrea would have been toasted off that glass of wine.
|
648081, They messed up at the auction Posted by go mack, Thu Apr-25-13 06:54 AM
why they let Cochran get the immunity help is beyond me when those 3 know they could use any advantage to stay another 3 days and that was a huge advantage getting to keep the knot
and fuck Andrea sitting there, might as well still look for the damn thing and have the other 2 helping as well
still thought Sherry or Erik might flip but oh well, looks like Im rooting for Cochran now
|
648092, Eddy had all of his money, and let Cochran get the advantage Posted by Deebot, Thu Apr-25-13 08:35 AM
really bizarre.
Honestly, Malcolm should have made a bigger deal about the idol than he did. If the girl is gonna follow you, you gotta enlist Eddy and Reynold to pull her away. Even PHYSICALLY pull her away if it comes down to it. Malcolm said he thought he was safe though and wouldn't have played it anyway, but you never know.
And now that Malcom's gone, Andrea is the only person who knows where the idol is, unless he told the other guys where to look. Advantage Andrea though, let's see if she's smart enough to go scoop that thing immediately.
|
648760, yeeeeeeeeeea that move was bigger than malcolms Posted by Ceej, Thu May-02-13 09:08 AM
|
648834, good move....now if the girls are smart they'll have Posted by Deebot, Fri May-03-13 08:23 AM
a Dawn, Brenda, Sherri final 3. Otherwise one of the guys will have a good shot to win....even Erik.
|
648835, They cant let that happen Posted by Ceej, Fri May-03-13 08:31 AM
>..even Erik.
|
648842, There's a really good chance at least ONE of the guys gets to Posted by Deebot, Fri May-03-13 11:02 AM
the final, based on immunities alone. I would guess Erik. Not sure if the jury will respect Erik's game, though. Maybe if he can make them believe his flip flopping was intentional.
I actually think Erik has done a good job this season...I was impressed that he pulled the trigger on Andrea, since earlier in the season he mostly followed her, probably just because she's hot. So, that shows he's actually interested in winning.
|
648851, Off topic Posted by Mageddon, Fri May-03-13 01:33 PM
Not sure if anyone watches Big Brother Canada (or any version for that matter), but the finale had an unbelievable voting tank that cost someone the win.

648859, Well its not like it showed who she took. Posted by Ceej, Fri May-03-13 01:56 PM
So Clearly she was voting to evict instead of win.
Being as its the 1st season in Canada I can kinda see the confusion if shes never seen the other shows. Still hilarious that it cost dude half a 3/4s of a mill.....if thats the prize in Canada
|
649348, Aww fuck...I don't want anyone to be evacuated at this point Posted by Deebot, Wed May-08-13 08:05 PM
that'll be sad, especially if it's Cochran or Dawn :(
|
649357, Cold Blooded John Cochrane Posted by Mageddon, Wed May-08-13 10:16 PM
I really want this dude to win.

650070, thoroughly enjoyed that Posted by GriftyMcgrift, Tue May-14-13 01:22 AM

649375, Fuck Dawn Posted by Ceej, Thu May-09-13 07:55 AM
|
649378, Damn, really? Posted by Mageddon, Thu May-09-13 09:18 AM
A lot of people are catching feelings over this. Part of the game, maing.
She was a hardcore 'threat.' Everyone liked her, she's pretty smart (though perhaps not smart enough to see this coming), and she's a beast in challenges.
If Cochran gets to the final, I don't see any scenario where he doesn't win. He's gotta be the next target for the other contestants.
|
649381, Catching feelings cuz damn she was nice to look at. Posted by Whiteout, Thu May-09-13 10:08 AM

649489, I feel like late season rewards are cursed somehow Posted by Whiteout, Thu May-09-13 09:22 PM
might be best to half-ass those
|
649494, agree 100% Posted by Mageddon, Thu May-09-13 10:16 PM
They may need to throw in an incentive to win these reward challenges (clue to an idol/immunity challenge advantage)
|
649802, Damn Brenda lookin right Posted by Ceej, Sun May-12-13 10:02 PM
So glad fake teeth didn't win. Hate people like that
|
649811, Brenda's a complete weirdo, saw that scorned woman shit coming Posted by Deebot, Sun May-12-13 10:33 PM
a mile away....Andrea on the other hand is cool as shit, and equally as hot. And she from Wisconsin...GOOD!
Lmao at that Hatch clip during the reunion...da hell was that?
smh at Boston Rob's book...these people are such characters, not hating though. Pretty funny.
Poor bastard Erik got pulled in the finale episode, and they didn't even let him speak on anything during the reunion :(
What's with all the non-jury members having to sit in the corner?
Congrats to Cochran. Dawn played a great game as well. Reminded me of Denise a little bit holding it down in challenges all season and not being afraid to cut people. Denise better though, obviously.
|
649816, Shame on CBS for lettin Rudy have a live mic Posted by Ceej, Sun May-12-13 11:10 PM
And Brenda basically proved how much dawn was full of shit,
|
649824, Very happy with the result Posted by Mageddon, Sun May-12-13 11:41 PM
I was out of my seat cheering Cochrane on during the final challenges.
All the bullshit thrown at Dawn is a little unfair. I saw some of the tweets that were sent to her before she shut her shit down. Pretty nasty. People were getting blindsided (by Dawn and others) throughout the season, and it shouldn't be a problem just because one of the victims happens to be hot. One of the things that came up a lot is that Dawn annoyed people with her paranoia and crying. Yeah, that shit was annoying to watch, but as a player, if you let that shit throw you off, and you let her get further in the game, that shit is on you. Don't be mad.
Gameplay wise, it might not have been the best move to vote out Brenda at that moment (I've seen arguments both ways), but all this personal business? Fuck that. These are all returning players, you know how the game goes. Do NOT let your guard down.
I'm glad Sherri spit that hot fiya at Eric. It's fine that you don't think she played the best game, but going out of the way to embarrass her, that's some needless Hollywood shit. Direct your questions to Dawn and Cochrane, and keep it moving.
The teeth moment at tribal was some surreal shit.
I like that the non jury members were off stage. Don't really care what any of them have to say anyway. I liked seeing Rudy and Hatch, and the idea of giving older players some shine, but yeah, they probably could have done something better.
Survivor Favorites and Family...I'm ready.
