his last monologue about Meridith, Angela, Oscar, Jim & Pam says it all. 2 or 3 years ago would you ever think Dwight would have Jim as his best man? admit Pam was his best friend? admit that he actually liked Kevin? give Jim & Pam severance? sure he's stuck in his ways but that dude evolved and came a long way from the dude we saw in the beginning
