I thought this first episode is great and is heading in a good direction.

I think the show is now much more of an ensamble piece, which is cool because it will give a lot of the sub-characters more shine.

Robert California is such a brilliant character, and I love him calling out all the losers of the office (especially Pam)

I also like the decision to make Andy the new Scranton manager. He has some of the same goofy cluelessness as Michael Scott, yet is way more self-aware so he doesn't get into the same level of embarrassing situations....although, we'll see....
