458923, It's a stoner flick for sure, but it's a damn good one Posted by jigga, Wed Jun-24-09 03:07 PM

Corrigan certainly needed more screen time
I thought the subplots of "the Chinese" and Dale's >highschool-age girlfriend were great and I though Bill Heder >stole the show at the beginning.
I could've done w/o all this
>I think Gordon Green was just fine. I'm unfamiliar with >anything else he may have done so I don't know if this is his >A-Game or not.
I've only seen Snow Angels but I met him at that screening & he seems like a cool dude. I just added All the Real Girls to my Netflix tho.
>Oddly enough...even though I think he was rock solid and won't >detract from his performance in any way...I think Franco was >not as great as most have given him credit for.
Seriously? Cause I couldn't stand Franco before I saw this movie & I thought he killed it. I mean I went to Western so I know some stoners just like Saul. He nailed that performance.
My one >complaint would be that Gary Cole could have been given much >funnier stuff to do. It should be a criminal act fro a >screenwriter or a director any time he's misused in a film.
Yeah I expected much more from him as well. He's hilarious.
