Has anyone seen this movie?
I had the opportunity to go to a screening of this film last night and it was excellent!

i saw this movie this weekend and really enjoyed it. i saw it with my dad, and as an immigrant and living a childhood like he did, he was able to relate to a lot of what the movie was about.
i liked everything about it. it's definitely a movie that you'll need to get a drink afterwards though.

I thought it was excellent!
I saw it with my girlfriend who speaks Spanish fluently and she loved it too. I was definitely jealous of her not having to pay attention to the subtitles! Haha.

getting into when going to see the movie.
My friend and I had an older woman get up and walk out the theater within the first 10 minutes of the movie!
She figured that even with it being free, she couldn't handle it.

highly reccomended ! liked the way they interlinked the story of the gang and the immigrants trying to enter america. i was aware of the MS and 18 street gangs through a 3 part bbc documentry called 18 with a bullet which is definately worth checking.
