I've been screaming (figuratively, of course) to see more sides of Jim other than the sarcastic romantic making faces at the camera. I want to see him get pissed at some point. We got a taste in his PA feud with Ryan which went nowhere and ended abruptly. I'm hoping by the end of this season, the tension with Pam they keep teasing then steering away from every episode leads to something, because I totally agree about the more cartoonish characters like Dwight and Michael being far more complex and interesting than he is.
