Michael and Holly were obviously the focus, and it was all fantastic (Singing that awful song, "Fourth time's the charm," the final goodbye). I agree that the Dwight/Andy shit started strong but lost steam. I was confused on what the point of the Pam/Jim subplot was supposed to be. It seems like they had the idea of having Jim's brothers giving Pam shit and Jim defending her, but it didn't go anywhere. "Pam cool, welcome to the family." Ok, that was nice, now what?
