But yeah that scene is great. But my favourite scene has to be when he's taking the girl out on a date and walks through the kitchens of the restaurant. In fact that's one of my favourite scenes ever of any type.

Hell, that's regarded as one of the better scenes in cinema as a WHOLE.

It's a Chinese film basically all about food. Most of it is pretty boring in my opinion, but the intro sequence is unbelievable. It shows the protaganist of the film, an old man, cooking a whole array of dishes. Although it may sound ordinary, it's pure cinema gold.

Great example. I was ready to head to a wack Chinese buffet immediately.
