which is a lot less than usual.
1) Juno imo is getting too much love. I knew it would get the nominations it got but still. I see it as a good movie but not a GREAT movies like everything is saying.
2) The Diving Bell & The Butterfly and Persepolis got screwed over. Arguably two of the best films of last year as well of two of the best foriegn films of last year aren't in the Best Foreign Film Category. PErseplos got places in BEst Animated which is sort of insulting to that movie and the movie will probably get beat by the great but not as good Ratatouille.
other than this i'm content with the nominations this year.
