not as great as the first or the third, but better than 2

i liked it for what it was.

good summer action movie

so-so die hard movie.

it gets a pass though

i dug the homages to the original

the elevator shaft scene
the mexican standoff ending with john loved one at gunpoint
the diversion to cover the hiest
the diversion leading to the response that makes the hiest at the end easier

yeah i enjoyed it
