not only for the reasons you posted,
but because SM3 really felt like a
ego-trip, sam raimi's way of just
'kill billing' a movie by loading
it up with fight scenes and 'cool
villains' and trying to pawn it off
as a whole movie...
AND it had the nerve to be WILD LONG, yo.
it was easily the worst one, imo.
