Spiderman 3 will be just as great as we want it to be.

You mentioned the "Batman Returns Rule" but it really shouldn't be called that since Batman Returns actually worked as a movie. Those later Batman movies didn't work because they were unbelievably corny.

Besides, having more than one villain won't kill a Spiderman movie...just make it more bad-ass.
