I don't remember his name exactly and he was baiscally doing a version of Mencia's act...much better and more naturally than mencia. The whole "dun dun da" thing that he does was basically lifted out of this dudes act. He doesn't say the exact same thing but its close enough for you to make the connection. I remember thinking either this old ass dude who has been doing stand up for decades is stealing from shitty Carlos Mencia or...and just assumed that Carlos was another Dane Crook stealing material from their idols
