the plant at the beginning was super more than obvious (toss the car again).
then he calls his buddy like he's ordering postmates to bring a gun and drop it in a place where people have clearly looked over and over..
that last one was the most comedy when he's recording himself saying "is that over five thousand dollars? i must call this in because the law clearly states that any seizure over five thousa..."

i guess it was true that the real Jenkins was essentially untouchable after the Freddy Gray stuff. Other cops are like, yeah, but he brought us chicken.
