Netflix has been planning to produce six new episodes of Charlie Booker’s uncanny futurist drama “Black Mirror,” and now we know to expect them this fall.

On Wednesday, the streaming site retweeted a post from the show’s official Twitter account:

In other words: Oct. 21.

Actors Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Bryce Dallas Howard, Alice Eve and Mackenzie Davis are slated to appear in the new season, but other details are scarce.

“Black Mirror” got its start on the U.K.’s Channel 4, running for just seven episodes over just three-ish seasons before Netflix took over production with Booker continuing to run the show. (Season 3 consists of one Jon-Hamm-led episode, “White Christmas,” and the new episodes are reported as also belonging to Season 3.) Each episode exists within its own universe, offering different, creative visions of tech-saturated futures ― most of which we’d rather not ever see fully realized.

Netflix is expected to turn out 12 new episodes in total, so we can probably expect another season after the one that drops this fall.
