*What Now* came out yesterday.

Some of the same sonic nods as Jamie, but I think those who didn't like Jamie as much may find more to enjoy here. This is maybe a little more direct?

I grew to really love *Jamie*; great to have another top-notch record from her.

There's also a new Little Simz ep -- haven't listened yet.

I love Jaime but something about this record seems like in time it will surpass Jaime.

Also the Little Simz is cool, QUICK listen it's a short album.

Check out Helado Negro new album, just dropped as well

I've only gone through it once but it finishes exceptionally strong. "Power To Undo" is probably my favorite track on here and it's got a strong Prince vibe to it.

This will get a lot of play from me in the coming weeks and months.

we were listening to the album, and i too said, 'ya know, on some songs her vocal phrasing & texture has a little of Prince vibe goin on'

we're really digging the entire record. would love to try to catch her live.

as mentioned in another thread, THIS record is one of our 'go-to' albums for road trips.

My only complaint is that i wish it was longer.... its so solid though that, when it ends (far too soon), we often just hit the replay button and let it start all over and spin again.
