Nubya Garcia must have a remix record of SOURCE coming out. Last week she dropped a Georgia Anne Muldrow remix of "Boundless Beings" and this week she put out a remix of "Together is a Beautiful Place to Be" done by Nala Sinephro. Both are dope.

Speaking of, that Nala Sinephro album (Space 1.8) is GREAT -- sitting in a really interesting space between jazz-ish improv and ambient. One of my favorites of the year and totally unexpected. Looks like it will get another vinyl release soon, too:

And in a similar space (possibly but not quite, lol), Bonobo announced a new project and dropped a single, "Rosewood". New album is called Fragments but isn't set to release until January.

Lastly, Makaya McCraven has given us three singles so far from his upcoming "Deciphering the Message", out in November. This is basically him raiding the Blue Note archives but then incorporating his own material/performances. They're all great and have me wishing this was coming sooner.
