I also don't mind creative twists like "Stillmatic," speaking of Nas. That worked because it was a callback to the original without officially being a "Part 2."
As you noted it's weak and lazy to just name an unrelated album "Part 2" just for the sake of capitalizing off the original album's popularity. Be creative.
