IMO means 'in my opinion' since it's IMO it can't be false because it is what I think and you don't know what I think...except that I just told you.

You COULD say IMO Marcielago is better.

Just in general though, I think everyone here could have a better understanding that music is subjective. Some of the beats in the second half of Marcielago are too minimal and not enjoyable for my ears, they don't support the rhymes at all. For others I'm sure it's different but that is why this one holds up much better for me. It all comes together more cohesively as a project and just sounds better.
