2nd best Gang Starr LP (daily op is close).. and by far the best hip hop record of the late 90s (not even close).. i figured it needed to be there.. I actually thought about putting Ace's disposable arts on there but held back..
Goin Off, especially if you allow the 12" versions from the singles is such a classic and important record.. I still love it today, but it was my Rappers Delight (loved the drip of singles from 86/87 leading to the full LP)
