I haven't heard the new Medhane yet. I'd pick Navy over Ovrkast, for now at least. Navy's writing his harder emotionally IMO. Of course I'm saying this with pretty limited exposure to both emcees. Navy already has moments that have absolutely blown me away - like his feature on Earl's "The Mint".
